Precautions:

Instructions
1. When using atomizer, need to be equipped with power supply (output power ≥300W, output voltage is DC64 ±2V); when using ring-shaped jade changer (convert AC220V into AC36V), rectifier plate (convert AC36V into DC48V) .
2. The nebulizer is connected to the power supply. The nebulizer is placed flat in the water. The nebulizer is turned upside down and fully immersed in the water. The electricity can be turned on. When the nebulizer is energized, the water is not taken out. Hold the atomizer upside down to avoid damage.
3. The water level above the atomizer water level sensor is about 1CM, the atomization effect is appropriate, the water is too deep, and it needs to be equipped with a buoy
4. The mist generated by the atomizer needs to be exhausted by the fan to prevent the water temperature from rising due to the retained water in the mist, shortening the life of the atomizer.
5. When multiple atomizers are placed in one container (with an interval not exceeding 1M), the quality inspection housings of the atomizers must be conducted to prevent electrical corrosion of the atomizer housing and damage the atomizer.
6. After the atomizer has worked for a long time, scale will be deposited on the surface of the housing and the atomizing sheet, which will affect the service life and atomization effect. Therefore, it is recommended to clear the atomizer once every 2 months. When cleaning, it is recommended to gently scrub with a soft cloth. Water flush
7. When the atomizer installation process avoids damage to the water level switch, so as to avoid failure of the water level switch, resulting in loss of control of the atomizer, it will cause the atomization piece to dry, which will seriously damage the atomizer.
8. When you stop using the nebulizer, disconnect the power supply and remove the nebulizer from the water
9. Atomizer for neutral (PH = 7) atomization of acidic solution, can not be in the strong acid or alkaline solution atomization
10. Don't take the atomizer out of the water when it is powered on, or hold it upside down; the atomizer cannot be placed high on one side and lower on the side of the atomizer; the atomizer will first power off and take out the water.
11. Found that the atomizer ruptured, immediately power outage, the atomizer out of the water, to avoid the water from the broken atomizer into the atomizer plate, even the atomizer short-circuit burnout.
