For sale Vintage German rifle scope TOP Q1 Carl Zeiss/Jena Zielsechs 6X magnification produced in East Germany between 1946-1953 in first Carl Zeiss location in city Jena that was in this time under Soviet Union occupation zone before they did German Democratic Republic. This scope was made under same technology as prior WW2 Carl Zeiss/Jena Zielsechs 6X, but tube for rifle scope I think from alloy, not from steel that was produced in 1935-1940 period. This gave to scope lower weight 11.9 oz , prior WW2 model from steel had weight 17.25 oz, but rest of parameters of scope was same as prior war model. Magnification 6X Field of view 21 feet at 100 yards Luminosity 49 Length 12.5 inches Weight 11.9 ounces Tube diameter 27.4 mm(prior WW2 model was 26 mm) Scope was rebuild(maintained) by Iron Sight Inc. and has 1 year limited warranty: Replaced reticle to German sniper # 2( see last photo). Cleaned all lenses,resealed and purged with nitrogen. Checked elevation adjustment on collimator. Set Parallax at 100 yards.
