Our company is specialized in Import and Export of Formwork Accessories and industrial equipment distribution all around Europe.

We are looking for an advanced English speaker Sales Manager with the following requests:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve company revenue goals, identify market opportunities, and establish strong sales pipelines.

• Lead and mentor the sales team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives, set clear performance expectations, and provide coaching to maximize productivity.

• Manage sales performance: Set individual sales targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor team performance against goals.

• Build client relationships: Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and support team members in closing high-value deals.

• Analyze data and report: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and report results and insights to senior management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. 

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience in sales leadership and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
