Dispatcher Position Expedite Sprinter Box Truck USA

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English

Minimum 6 months of experience in U.S. dispatching (Sprinter, Cargo Van, Box Truck)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Team player with a proactive attitude

Ambition and a drive to earn more

Ability to handle stressful or disputable situations What We Offer:

Work in a modern office in Varna, Bulgaria — or fully remote

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (BG time), covering the U.S. market

Competitive base salary + profit-based commission

Access to top U.S. load boards: DAT, Sylectus, TruckStop, etc.

Supportive team and training if needed Responsibilities:

Finding loads on load boards or directly from shippers

Price negotiation with brokers or customers

Assigning trucks to loads based on client needs

Providing load updates and handling communication

Reporting and documenting completed loads
